A celebration of wellness and health for the whole community

Upward Inertia is so excited to be hosting our third annual Thrive: Community Wellness Festival. This FREE one day festival will highlight the best that the Treasure Valley has to offer in terms of health and wellness education and experiences. From invigorating yoga flows and calming breath work sessions, to playful dance classes, workshops on mindfulness, nutrition, and self care, and vendors sharing their knowledge and skills - this day will be jam packed great information and great people.
There will be options for everyone, regardless of age or physical abilities.
We will also have a kids corner, a community craft project, face painting, food trucks, and more!

Vendor Registration is open!
We welcome all vendors working within or tangential to the health and wellness realm. Last year our vendors ranged from mental health providers and functional medicine practitioners, to skin care lines, cosmetic brands, massage therapists and chiropractors, and local gyms. Have something to share? We’d love to have you join the team.
Instructor Applications are open!
Do you have a health and wellness related skill or experience you’d like to share? We’d love to hear from you. Fill out this form to propose a class. Instructor applications are due by June 1st.

Donations
Donations are suggested and can be paid online through our donation page or in person via cash or card. All donations support Upward Inertia's current and future programming.
We recommend $15-25 per class, or $10-25 for event attendance with no class participation.
